Document Management
Contract management: Manage the whole process including creation, signing, archiving and management including search and reminders.
Versioning: You can freely specify how many versions of a file should be saved or, quite simply, all of them.
Restore: You can restore any file version or deleted folder. You can also restore folders to a past state.
Document lifetime management: Set Time To Live times for folders in order to archive them automatically or to delete older versions.
Enterprise search: Search files, folders or document classes with the help of tags.
Document Classes: In order to better structure data, there are document classes for folders and files with which you can create class trees that are independent of the folder structure.
Archiving: Create and manage separate storage instances in the cloud or on-premise for archiving content.
Permissions: Create rights structures for folders, web links, document classes and workflows that can also apply to internal and external partners.
