cloudplan offers Private Cloud as a Service (PCaaS) business solutions. These are as easy to use as Public Clouds, but rely on the security, availability and performance Private Clouds offer – including 100 % data sovereignty. This allows businesses to combine their local storage nodes with cloud storages – e.g. from the “Open Telekom Cloud” – into hybrid storage architectures.Deutsche Telekom believes in the potential of cloudplan’s B2B solutions. For this reason, the Hamburg-based startup was selected into the TechBoost startup program. cloudplan will receive € 100,000 credit for scalable IT resources. If the startup ‘has what it takes’, Telekom will support cloudplan in its marketing activities and give access to the existing customer base.
“We are very excited about starting this cooperation within the TechBoost program,” says Frank Brügmann, CEO of cloudplan. “Customers will benefit from the simple and flexible cloud extension on IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) platforms. The Open Telekom Cloud is extremely safe and serves as an ideal platform for our private cloud solution.
"We see a big potential in cloudplan’s business solutions. This is why our Techboost program supports them and why we look forward to working with them.”, says Patrick Möller, Program Manager for TechBoost at Telekom Deutschland GmbH.
